Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint please contact the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception.

Patient Information

Your medical records are held partly in written folders and partly on computer.  All members of our team have access as needed for them to do their job effectively.  With your agreement we include information about you in referral letters to hospital etc.  Auditing of our work takes place by the PCT. Your written consent would usually be needed before giving any other person information about you or your family.

Children

There are play areas and toys in the surgery.  Your children are your responsibility and we expect you to control them at all times.  Under 14s should be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Disabled Patients

There is full disabled access to the surgery with disabled toilets and suitable parking places.
