Converted and extended buildings at both sites made suitable and complying with guidelines as GP surgeries. We have disabled access at both sites. (There are some issues with the door frames but alterations are planned)
Primary Care Services
- Treatment of disease, disorder or injury
- Diagnostic and screening procedures
- Maternity and Midwifery services
- Surgical procedures
Appropriately qualified/trained staff are on hand to undertake primary care activities including GPs, GP registrars, Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurses, health care assistants, administrative staff, Receptionists and a Practice Manager.
We provide same day access for GP and nurse consultations and we also provide home visits where necessary.
We offer psychological therapy via our IAPT workers; we have 2 low level and 2 high level workers.
We offer in-house physiotherapy appointments as well access to Physioworks Physiotherapy; they provide sessions at both locations for our patients and those registered at other GP practices.
Aims and Objectives
The aim of the practice team is to provide appropriate and accessible primary medical services to the whole of our registered population.
This includes treatment of disease, disorder or injury, maternity, midwifery and family planning services, diagnostic and screening procedures plus some minor surgical procedures as required.
We aim to provide an equitable service to all patient groups and do not discriminate on any grounds.
Our objective is to maintain the health and wellbeing of the practice population.
